  • Returns only applicable on readymade collection.
  • Sarees with stitched blouses are non-returnable.
  • Customized & personalized products are non-returnable.
  • Returns are accepted withing 48 hours of receiving the package.
  • Returns only applicable on manufacturing defects. Requests based on change in tone colors are not applicable
  • For all other products please refer to the product page for specific return terms.
  • Products must be in original condition and include all labels & tags intact.
  • Petticoat charges are non refundable.
  • Returns should only be for items that are damaged/defective or are entirely different than to the one which is shown online.
  • Returns are subject to approvals.

    Who pays for shipping and what are the return charges?

    • Shipping for returns if any is paid by the customer.

    Are there any duties and taxes?

    • For customers within India, all prices specified on the website are inclusive of GST.

    Refund Policy

    • You will get your refund in 7 to 10 days.
      Please Note: Once the product has been picked up, it takes 5-7 working days for the product to reach our warehouse which then goes under Quality Check to ensure it is in original condition with all labels & tags intact. As soon as this process is completed, the refund will be initiated in your account within 48 hours.

    Cancellation by the customer

      In case of requests for order cancellations, we reserve the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. As part of usual business practice, we will not refund the amount, however, a customer can redeem the amount transferred for some other outfit. A request for the same shall be valid and accepted only if they are made within 24 (twenty-four) hours of making the order on the Site.
